Royal Palm Terrace is a family-owned and locally operated apartment community with an outstanding staff that really sets us apart. You don’t have to worry about a giant corporate buyout here, our management is local and some of our staff have been with us since the very beginning!

Construction began in 2005 and was completed in 2007. The buildings were constructed using Tunnel Form method, which involves pouring structural concrete and steel in place. In our apartment buildings, the first two floors are built using tunnel form construction with internal steel framing. The third floors are wood-framed and positioned above the reach of subterranean termites.

All buildings are designed to withstand sustained wind speeds of 130 mph. In 2025 Royal Palm Terrace withstood 2-105 MPH+ hurricanes a week apart with only minimal superficial damage.

Further, the property is beautifully landscaped with a diverse array of plants, flowers and trees, and of course our namesake, Royal Palms.
