How do i apply?

Before applying, please call our leasing office to confirm floorplan availability. Then, complete the online application. One application accounts for up to two adult (18+) tenants. Additional adults require a separate application. After submission, you’ll receive a DocuSign email to authorize background and credit checks, along with a payment link for non-refundable application and administration fees. Application fees are administered per tenant and administration fees are per unit. Once all steps are completed, your security deposit is determined. Then, our staff will finalize your move-in date and unit, and send you a Reservation Sheet. You’ll have 48 hours to sign and pay the deposit to secure your lease.

What are the required fees to apply?

Application Fee: non-refundable $85 per adult
Administration Fee: non-refundable $175
Security Deposit: ranges from $500 to 2x rent (varies depending on background)

Optional Premiums: Detatched Garage $150/month

Is there on-site maintenance?

Yes, we have a great Maintenance Team that work 24/7 on property! Additionally, after business hours, we have on-call maintenance for emergencies.

What improvements are being made to the property?

We are in the process of renovating all of our units! When you move in, your unit will have LVP flooring, stainless steel appliances, beautiful quartz countertops, a new overhead fan, new faucets and light fixtures and refreshed cabinets. We are also working on updating our community amenities. By 2026, we will have a new playground and dog park.

Are pets allowed?

Yes. We have no breed or weight restrictions, but your pets must be friendly. You are responsible for cleaning up pet waste on property. If your pet is an ESA, please specify that on your application.

Pet Fee: non-refundable $350 for each pet (3 maximum per apartment)
Monthly Pet Rent: $20/month per pet
