Royal Palm Terrace provides an equal housing opportunity for all people. Criteria to qualify for residency include:
Proof of identification
Gross income of at least 2.5 times the amount of rent
Proof of income is required prior to leasing of the unit
Verification of current positive credit payment history
A minimum of 24 months positive verifiable rental history, military residency or home ownership
No disqualifying criminal felony or misdemeanor offenses
Upon investigation and verification of the information provided, Screening Services will provide a recommendation regarding an approval or denial of residency. In the event that a majority, but not all, of the requirements above are met, an approval conditioned upon one of the following may be made:

The application process will take just a few minutes to complete. Upon submitting your application, our staff will send an email prompting you to sign the Screening Authorization Form as well as provide a link for payment of the application ($85 per adult) and administration ($175) fees. All fees paid are non refundable and your application will not be processed until the Screening Authorization has been signed and all fees have been paid.
