Royal Palm Terrace residents may rent the Clubhouse Lounge or Theater for personal use by filling out the form below and forwarding it to the Management Office. Please make your requests at least 1 week in advance. Requests will be evaluated on a first-come, first-served basis. If your request is granted, a Usage Fee of $75 (for either facility; $150 for both) and a deposit of $250 will be required within 48 hours. If these fees are not received by the Management Office within the 48 hour timeframe, you will forfeit the facility and the reservation may be reserved by another resident. All or a portion of the deposit may be refunded after your event pending management decision.
