Telephone		$49.95/month full feature package including caller ID, voice mail, call waiting, 3-way calling and unlimited long distance in the continental U.S.
Utility Bundle		$97.95/month for cable, internet and phone
Alarm		$14.95/month for 24/7 third party alarm monitoring; Refundable deposit: $15.00

Water/Sewer, Trash, Cable, Internet and Phone services will be billed on a single statement and are due mid-month.
